SWISS WATER PARTNERSHIP AT THE WfW OFFICE

The 2024 General Assembly of the Swiss Water Partnership (SWP) took place on 19 June at the WfW office in Lucerne. The valuable event brought together experts from around 70 Swiss organisations from the academic, civil society, public and private sectors, all united in their mission to tackle global water challenges.

WfW has been a member of the Multi-Steakholder Platform since 2022. At the meeting, WfW founders Morris and Lior Etter and Samuel Renggli, Head of Programmes & Knowledge Management at WfW, were able to introduce WfW to the audience. They talked about the development of WfW into an international organisation in which the local WfW organisations in Mozambique, Zambia and Switzerland are now committed to providing context-specific water solutions.

The day epitomised the spirit of cooperation necessary to promote sustainability in the management of water resources.
