Schools integrate Education for Sustainable Development with a focus on water in their daily routine.
With the Zukunftspreis, the Lucerne Cantonal Bank supports projects that achieve a sustainable benefit for the population in the Canton of Lucerne. WfW applied to take part this year with its WfW AQUADEMIA concept and made it into the public vote: now 10 projects are competing for the most votes from the population. The first three places will receive prize money.
WfW AQUADEMIA aims to sensitise secondary school students to conscious consumption and climate-friendly water management. The concept aims for long-term partnerships with schools and is thus an important part of WfW's awareness-raising work.
