Closing a contract
The closing of a contract arises through the order of the buyer and the corresponding confirmation by WASSER FÜR WASSER (WfW). WfW concludes the purchase contracts via the webshop exclusively with natural or legal persons whose domicile or registered office is in Switzerland. The buyer has no right of withdrawal and is obliged to pay in advance.
Goods, prices and shipping costs
The buyer acknowledges that the purchase price of the goods sold by WASSER FÜR WASSER (WfW) is significantly more expensive than the value of the goods. The added value corresponds to a donation.
The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory value-added tax.
Items may be paid for by credit card or invoice. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Donation receipt
WASSER FÜR WASSER (WfW) issues a donation receipt to the buyer with the delivery of the goods.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The legal relationship with WASSER FÜR WASSER (WfW) shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
